Physical TherapistHeather Alberico earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of St. Augustine. Prior to that, Heather obtained her Bachelor of Science in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida.
Heather specializes in vestibular, stroke, and manual physical therapy and is most interested in treating BPPV, strokes, and total knee replacements.
In her free time, Heather enjoys spending time with her son, Kingsley, reading, drinking coffee, and traveling.

TherapistJacky Americain earned his Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Care Administration from the College of Central Florida. Prior to that, Jacky obtained his Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) from the College of Central Florida.
Jacky is a Certified Manual Physical Therapist Assistant (CMPTA) certified by FPTA, Clinical Instructor (CI) credited by APTA, and is most interested in treating ortho patients, especially the knees and shoulders, patient education on safety and body mechanics, and sports injuries.
In his free time, Jacky enjoys spending time with his family, going on trips, and family vacations. He also enjoys officiating soccer games, playing soccer, going to soccer tournaments, going to the gym, running, watching reality TV shows and sports, and mentoring new students.

With a strong foundation in patient care, Jillian enjoys working in orthopedic, geriatric, and sports physical therapy, and is dedicated to helping each patient reach their highest level of function and well-being.

Anthony has earned his “Specialty Certification in Orthopaetics” through EIM and is a “Credentialed Clinical Instructor” and also holds certifications in “IASTM”. He is most interested in treating orthopedic conditions, pre and post-surgical as well as geriatric conditions.

Dr. Kelly Pearce Baez, PT, DPT holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from the University of South Florida. Dr. Baez worked as a Doctor of Physical Therapy at BayCare, AdventHealth, and Tampa Bay Physical Therapy caring for patients with varying health conditions that included neurologic, pediatric, pelvic, orthopedic and vestibular disorders.
She is a dedicated mother, wife, pet owner, and lover of nature. With a background in teaching, Dr. Baez believes that health education and the development of oneself are key pillars to achieving quality of life.
Dr. Baez is Bilingual (Spanish and English) and helped raise money with her friend for a pro-bono physical therapy trip run by NSU Tampa to Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria. Dr. Baez believes in giving back to the community to support all individuals and their families.

Physical TherapistTony attained his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2018 from the University of St. Augustine. He has become certified in Manual therapy, Dry Needling and Vestibular rehabilitation with over 14,000 hours treating back pain, joint replacements, vertigo and sports injuries. He loves helping people get back to an active lifestyle either on the golf course, pickle ball, playing with their kids/grandkids or just walking around safely.
In his down time he enjoys playing sports with his kids, working out with his wife and spending time with his family on their farm.
